Okra is one of my favorite veggies, is very nutritious with all the pectin fiber. Great snack for diabetics. This is a very healthy snack. No need to add even one drop of oil. Think how much oil we use to fry okra on the skillet. I was very happy when I learnt this dish. This dish is my own creation.
Cut okra into thin wheels, marinate with salt(I use very little), chilly powder, curry powder for one day and dehydrate at 100 degrees for 7-9 hours.
